The Primary Licensed Health Care Professional (PLHCP) that reviewed and set the
standards for certification using this on-line medical valuation is Thomas
Stein, M.D. Dr. Stein is an emergency medicine physician and serves as assistant
professor of emergency medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine. He is
a co-founder of Inspired Education, a company formed to help save police
officers' lives. Dr. Stein's medical training was completed at Penn State
University Hershey Medical Center, and he then trained as an emergency medicine
expert at Darnall Army Community Hospital at Fort Hood, Texas. Dr. Stein is also
an EMS physician and medical director for LifeFlight, as well as pre-hospital
services.

Ron McHaney is the President of McHaney & Associates, Inc., a safety consulting firm. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and a Certified Safety Professional with more than 36 years of professional safety experience.
Mr. McHaney is currently a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, National Safety Council, Board of Certified Safety Professionals and the ANSI Committee for Confined Space Safety.
He has written and presented papers internationally and domestically and has chaired several sub-committees for national and international safety organizations.
